Terms and Conditions

1. Scope. These terms apply to this website (e-jane.com) and to everything you buy from e-Jane.

2. Digital products. Guides and worksheets are delivered as downloads. They are licensed for your personal use. You may print them and use them for your own trips. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute them, in whole or in part.

3. Updates. When you buy a guide, you receive each updated edition free for two years from the date of purchase.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Its terms apply to the payment itself.

5. Refunds. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing jane@e-jane.com. See the Refund policy.

6. Information, not bookings. Everything e-Jane provides is general information and personal experience. Routes, timetables, booking rules, prices and conditions change, so check them before you travel. e-Jane is not a travel agent or tour operator and does not book, arrange or guarantee any travel, transport or accommodation. Cycling carries risk. You are responsible for your own decisions, preparation and safety.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, e-Jane’s liability for a product or service is limited to the price you paid for it.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this website and in e-Jane’s products, including text, photographs, maps and worksheets, belongs to e-Jane unless stated otherwise. You may link to e-jane.com. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

9. Applicable law. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

10. Changes. e-Jane may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.
