Returns & Refunds policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason.

How to request one. Email jane@e-jane.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number or the name on the order. You’ll find the order number on your receipt.

What happens next. I’ll confirm by email and issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. There’s nothing to send back. Once refunded, please delete your copies of the guide and worksheets.

After 14 days. Refunds are no longer available, but write to me if something is wrong with your file or download and I’ll fix it.
